Second Nature is an organic wholefood store and delivery service started in 1992. Keeping to a strict 8 mile radius to limit food miles they usually deliver early mornings and in carefully planned rounds for efficiency.
For delivery they offer a traditional ‘Veg box’, or you can select your own options on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed basis. All of their wide range of dry and household goods can be delivered too, including doorstep refills of cleaning and washing products and olive oil.
All their own packaging has always been readily biodegradable and suitable for home composting.
Fruit and vegetables are all organically certified and they always make a conscious choice to stock UK produce first. They also carry many Fairtrade lines from around the world.
Apart from a range of line caught tinned fish they only sell vegetarian or vegan produce, all of which is GM free.
