Harold Road, E11 4QY
Entrance at bottom of steps to footbridge over the Central line.
The garden grows vegetables, herbs and fruit using organic methods, in a mixture of raised beds and larger beds of perennial vegetables. Rainwater is collected onsite. There are also a community-built pizza oven and an apple press, used to juice local apples that might otherwise go to waste.
Open Saturdays and most Tuesdays for a gardening-related (or general!) chat or advice about food growing. There are occasional work days, workshops and skill share sessions on various topics.
Seeds, plants and pots available, and there is a selection of garden tools available to borrow. Also gardening books for reference.
