CODE OF CONDUCT
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 Leaden Roding Parish Council resolved to adopt the Code of Conduct of Uttlesford District Council. The Code of Conduct can be accessed by clicking on the link below.
STANDING ORDERS
Parish Councils are subject to the basic arrangements for the conduct of meetings and making decisions contained in Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972. Standing orders provide a system of control in the way Parish Councils conduct their business and make decisions. Our Standing Orders can be accessed on the link below.
COMPAINTS PROCEDURE
Leaden Roding Parish Council has adopted a formal complaints procedure for complaints about the administration or procedures of the Parish Council. Details of the complaints procedure can be accessed by clicking the link below.
FINANCIAL REGULATIONS
Financial regulations govern the conduct of financial management by the council and may only be amended or varied by resolution of the council. Financial regulations must be observed in conjunction with the council’s standing orders. Leaden Roding Parish Council adopted these Financial Regulations at its meeting in September 2020.
