If the documents are held physically then the archive will give the physical location within the archive as LAF (Lever arch file), RB (Ring Binder) etc.
If the documents are held digitally on the Historians' computer, also located in the archive room, then the catalogue gives the folder location of the document in the folder structure: Documents/Historians Archive/.
To search the archive catalogue use the normal PDF search facility: ctrl_f
To view the physical or digital document the user will need to visit the archive or contact Kings Bromley Historians to ask for a copy.
