Healthy Start is a national scheme to improve the health of low-income pregnant women and families with children under four years old on benefits and tax credits. The national Healthy Start scheme provides free vouchers each week to spend on milk, fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, and infant formula

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic they have temporarily extended the validity of the Healthy Start vouchers by 4 weeks, giving you 12 weeks to use your entitlement however this may be reviewed.

This change will not reduce the number of vouchers you receive and registered retailers will continue to accept vouchers with extended expiry dates.
