Stalls, displays and refreshments from 9.30am, and panel discussion starting at 10.00am, including experts Kathryn Lwin of River of Flowers, Jacqui Weir of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, and Marie-Claire Edwards, Green Spaces Service Manager at Kingston Council.
