What a bonus to find this large green space in the middle of our built-up environment.
Just enjoy walking or sitting in the park with a snack and a drink from Simon's cafe for the best cheese salad baps or bacon butties in town!
A new amenity in the park is a cycle track provided by the Parks Department. It's great to see youngsters out there enjoying fresh air and exercise and having a great time.
Our gardening team tend the bee and butterfly garden on Tuesday mornings and it is looking lovely.
All our hard work is paying off. We were thrilled that the park achieved Green Flag status in 2022 as a result of our hard work and investment by the Parks Department.
