Menopause - so many people still need basic awareness and understanding. This is often only available at some cost. We have a range of menopause ideas and need your help to reach women who may need these at community prices and also free of charge.

These include Menopause awareness sessions, Craft 'n' cuppa sessions, Slow yoga, and more. Come and partner with us to help your community and make use of our cozy attic space (accessible spaces also available).

Campfire and bushcraft with singing - We have singing and campfires occasionally too, through collaborations with Suzy at Go Wild with Us CIC and Jim at Active Growth Ltd. These make for brilliant team away days or family/organisation celebrations.
