Creative Croydon

Pleasure walks are taken from the practices in Mindfulness Based Compassionate  Living, moved out into nature. 

It is a way to bring ourselves fully present and in tocuh with this moment, resetting the system for calm, needing nothing more than what is available right here and now. Gentle and suitable for all.

The Walk starts at 10 am. You are warmly invited to stay on from 11 am to help tend and care for this green space, through litter picking or gardening for a short while, and share refreshments afterwards. 

Flat access to park, close to buses and loos available (toilet not fully accessible).
