Creative Croydon

We were delighted to meet the inspiring Harriet Thomas recently, at a London Walking Festival confernce, where she was presenting her life-enhancing work.

She is a local author of 'Walk yourself Wonderful' and we are so happy that she has agreed to visit us on the morning of Sat May 30th to share her insights into how little walking for pleasure a day can rest your system and bring about daily joy.
