Wednesday 22 April 2026
11:00 to 12:30
Join us for a beautiful serene session of mindful meadow and park strolling and seasonal singing in partnership with the local recovery college.
All are welcome and a particular welcome is extended to those living with mental health issues or caring for a loved one.
No skill or experience needed. Meet some potential new friends or just take your time to take part when you wish to. You are welcome to participate at the level that feels comfortable for you. This is an inclusive and safe space for all, as we practise kindness together!
We will nature bathe (Shinrin Yoku) in the unspoilt meadow, trees and water elements with their willow and aspens trees, weaving in chants and songlets as we stop atpoints of interest and notice the season around us.
Please bring any refreshments needed. Approx length 60 mins singing, followed by optional refreshments/chat in a cafe space nearby.
Meet outside Selhurst station, Ticket office entrance. We can either walk through to South Norwood Station or return to Selhurst afterwards, whichever suits, a mix of people go either way usually.
Do contact if you have any questions. No need to book but it would help so we have enough teas, songsheets and snacks, but last minute folkx welcome.
Offered in partnership with the wonderful team at Bethlem and Maudesley. Open to all, queer led and fully intersectional and inclusive!
Thanks to our lovely funders:
