Wildish Fun Palace with Sing and Stroll

Join us for a co created wildish fun palace that is held partly indoors and partly outdoors. In partnership with the Anneka and the council team at Ashburton Hall!

Sing and Stroll in nature 12 - 1 pm, where we will relax in the beautiful Spring day, noticing signs of Spring using our senses as we walk, stopping to sing along the way. All ages welcome.

This is followed by cafe and menopause skills sharing 1 pm till 2.15 or so (Cafe open afterwards also). Topics so far include early menopause, mindful menopause, how exercise might help, hormones & cognitive function,  ADHD, Nutritional reflections and more. What might YOU offer or share about. All ages and  genders welcome.

The Wildish Fun palace will have an hour of accessible outdoor gentle de- escalatory singing and strolling in nature and there is space afterwards for more! A beautiful accessible green space and building in Croydon.
