Would you like to bring some gentle reflective strolling mindfulness and forest bathing into your January? Adding in a few nature songlets as we go?
If 5 or more people sign up in advance I will be happy to offer this, prior to the Wassail on Jan 24th. Please let me know by 11am Sat 24th January. Then we can stay on for the larger celebratory wassail event if desired. All welcome.

Flat access on concrete path. No on-site loo facilities.
Family friendly. Dogs on leads welcome too. Accessible path.
Take 312 or 367 from East Croydon station to Canning Road bus stop then walk up East India Way to the gate at the end (about 5 mins).
