Did you know Finland celebrates friendship day on Feb 14th? Join us for a beautiful serene Parkbathe followed by some seasonal singing on this friendly festive Saturday. No skill or experience needed. Make some new friends or bring an existing one! You are welcome to to cpme to one/either part or stay for both.

We will forest bathe in the accessible woodland and then sing around the lakeside. Teas available after. Approx length 1 hour Parkbathe (quiet sensory guided walk in nature/trees) then 45 - 60 mins singing,followed by optional refreshment and loos.
