Sing & Stroll

Join us for a gentle time of strolling in nature, with a few songs along the way (singing optional) . We will start at the Whitehorse Road Recreation ground and then move on through Boulogne Road rec to Queens Cemetery (a place with marvellous, mature specimen trees).
Dress warmly with sensible shoes. Bring water.
Beautiful to get you out in nature, connecting and calming with others. All ages welcome.
Can be attended in combination with the earlier mindful walk, or separately as a stand alone.
