Information, Advice and Advocacy including casework in English-Bosnian-Serbo-Croat languages on Welfare Benefit Rights, Housing, Health and Community Care provide beneficiaries with easy accessible holistic support and earlier intervention service.

Drop-in: 15 minutes for each client on Mondays, between 9.30-12.30 hours.

Outreach Welfare Advice Service at Harlesden Hub for the wider local community: working with Brent Council and local organisations and providing a joined-up response to the needs of the local community.

Outreach service provides targeted and independent support to individuals and operates on first come first served basis on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 10.00-17.00 hours.

Food Bank Vouchers: BHCAC staff are authorised by Sufra NW London Food Bank to give food vouchers to people who are in need of emergency food and toiletries. For a food voucher, please speak to a member of BHCAC staff when you access one of the services stated above. 


Quarterly Newsletters in Bosnian-Serbo-Croat language informs beneficiaries and keeps them connected to the organisation. By post to beneficiaries home address. 


Floristry Classes in partnership with Brent Start (Brent Council): developing new and creative skills and improving mental health. Mondays, between 14.00-17.00 hours. Beneficiaries contribute £2.50 per class. To join floristry classes, please call 020 8459 4201.


Social Club run by volunteers provides beneficiaries with opportunities for social interaction. Activities include lunches, talks, music, poetry, chess and domino competitions.

Group Talking Therapies: enabling beneficiaries to manage psychological crisis. These therapies are for older beneficiaries who speak very little or no English. Facilitated by bi-lingual (English-Bosnian-Serbo-Croat languages) Clinical Psychologist on Saturdays (28th September, 12th & 26th October, 9th & 26th November and 7th December 2019) between 13.00-15.00 hours. To join the group, please call 020 8459 4201. To refer someone, please email us on


Fitness Classes: enabling beneficiaries to increase and develop physical activity. Wednesdays, between 13.00-14.00 hours. Beneficiaries contribute £2.50 per class. To join fitness classes, please call 020 8459 4201.

Benefit Appeals Training, Financial Capabilities and Digital Workshops: helping beneficiaries navigate the system and address financial problems and digital exclusion. Events: involving beneficiaries in organising events to promote culture and positive interaction with the wider community. Events in 2019: Celebration of International Women's Day on Saturday, 9 March 2019 from 3 pm until 9 pm at BHCAC premises (rear of 108 High Road Willesden, London, NW10 2PP). The event will include; presentation of floristry arrangements made by beneficiaries, entertainment, lunch and refreshments.
