CHILDREN'S PARTIES
If inflatables i.e. bouncy castles to be used, Booking Clerk must be advised at time of booking and liability insurance certificate must be emailed to alresfordvillagehall@gmail.com before the date of the hire
No more than 1 bouncy castle is permitted at any one time and this must be no larger than 12ft x 12ft x 12ft (height x width x depth)
Please look at the Inflatable Plan to see where it should be located within the hall in conjunction with the hall dimensions which can be found at Facilities - Alresford Village Hall (e-voice.org.uk)
