Welcome to the Windsor Drive web site. This site is currently being developed and over the coming months will contain more content and become a resource for residents and flat owners on the estate.

Christmas 2025

The management company will be available to assist daily over the Christmas period. Our usual hours are 9am - 9pm although on weekdays we may be able to take your calls from 8am. Please try not to call outside these times unless urgent. We will be operating an emergency only service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. (02-12-25)

 

Part-Time Bookkeeper Required (This post has currently been filled at 02-12-2025)

The estate management company is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage its accounts and annual invoicing.

The Job includes: 

Input of receipts / Payment of invoices / Preparing annual invoice packs / Chasing payments / Preparation for our accountants.

The work can be done home based and requires around 100 hours per year. Around 3-5 hours per month with more at the year end in June/July.

The Big Clear Up

This takes place around the estate for five days from 20th to 24th June 2025. As we are expecting a visit from the insurers the Big Clear Up is all about making sure the estate is as tidy as possible. More information on this is contained in the flyer, just click on the link below:

Works update

Internal painting of Block 6 (Flats 73-84) has now been completed. All walls, doors and stair rails have been done. We replaced signage in the stairwell during January 2025.

The garage lighting has now all been replaced during the 2023-24 year. The old sodium lighting has served us well and our electrician has done several repairs to the fittings to keep these serviceable. However, the fittings would not have lasted much longer and the bulbs will soon become unavailable. They are also costly to run using 150 watts of electricity per fitting. The new LED intelligent lighting runs low during the day and comes to full brightness when you drive in or enter the garage on foot.

The old fence to the Arnison Avenue houses has been up since the estate was built in the 1970's. It was showing its age and we have now replaced all the panels to secure the fence line and improve the appearance. This was completed in Autumn 2024.

Across the estate our gardening team continue to work hard to ensure the estate is tidy and looks its best. Inside the blocks our cleaning team visit every two weeks to clean the common areas. Residents can help here by not dropping litter, walking in with muddy boots and ensuring waste is placed in the bin stores correctly.
