Support Groups
At our monthly Support Group meetings you can expect a friendly welcome from people who are very familiar with how these conditions impact on all areas of our lives.
These are informal and supportive social get-togethers where members can relax and enjoy themselves in a supportive environment, free from judgement or criticism of their limitations. Everyone who comes is coping with chronic conditions. We sometimes have a guest speaker at these sessions too.
There is no pressure to talk or share if you don't want to, or don't feel well enough. Feel free to talk or just enjoy a cuppa in good company.
How do I book to attend?
Please register with us if you would like to attend a Support Group meeting.
Who can come?
Our meet-ups are open to anyone with Fibromyalgia and/or ME/CFS, including post-viral fatigue or M.E/CFS arising from Long-COVID. Supporting adult companions, carers and family members are welcome too.
Is there a fee?
There is no fee for your first meeting and family, friends and carers are welcome to attend for free at every session.
Each meeting thereafter costs £3.50 per person, to cover room-hire charges.
