OCAY is a small local charity, who work to help people over the age of 50 by:
- Providing information and support through their free and independent advocacy service
- Helping people to have a voice in the issues that concern them
They help people with benefits, housing, pensions and consumer issues, amongst other things.

Client face to face meetings in our meeting room will be available for people who cannot manage over the phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 3pm. Masks will always be worn by staff, clients and volunteers and social distancing maintained. Meetings must be booked in advance on 01904 676200 so that we can ensure appropriate cleaning between the use of the meeting room.
