At The CSHEN Project CIC, we know that no one creates change alone — it takes community, collaboration, and shared responsibility. That’s why we’re always open to working with schools, PRUs, probation teams, local authorities, charities, and community organisations who share our mission to prevent offending, support rehabilitation, and empower personal growth.

We’re not just looking to deliver our services — we’re also here to connect, share resources, and build bridges that benefit the people we all serve.

🔄 A Two-Way Partnership

We believe partnerships should work both ways. Whether we’re supporting your service users through coaching and workshops, or you’re helping ours access training, employment, housing, or wider support — collaboration creates stronger, more sustainable outcomes.

  • Youth offending and early intervention teams
