Ruth has found everything she has longed for in her gym in Surrey. Her customers and staff come to the gym for more than physical health, they connect, share and gossip.
Whilst the gym is a hub of life and appears to be thriving, Ruth’s situation is more precarious than it looks. The rent keeps going up and Ruth has borrowed to buy specialised restorative equipment.
Ruth and her customers devise an alternative way of operating.
