The Village Hall is run for the benefit of the community by the Shearsby Village Hall Charitable Trust, a registered charity. The stated aim is the "maintenance and upkeep of Shearsby Village Hall offering meeting, entertainment and catering facilities to all sections of the local community."
The current trustees are:

Regular events
As well as private bookings a number of regular events are held in the hall.
