Governance

The Rhos a Mynydd Mission Area Charity, as part of the Church in Wales was set up using the Church in Wales Constitution as its governing document 

In operating, the Rhos-a-Mynydd Mission Area strives to follow the 7 principles set out in the Charity Governance Code  which are;

4. Decision Making, Risk and Control
5. Board Effectiveness
6. Equality, diversity and inclusion
