Ms Aviolet has been running her nursery for over 23 years. She grows geraniums, asters and plants with people's names, terms of endearment and cheeky asides. She sells these via mail order, some farmers' markets and shows, and at talks. She says her style is informative and light hearted; she likes and tends to encourage all things horticultural with humour.
