David Austin Roses an illustrated talk by Mr Edwin Rye

Making a return visit to us, Edwin Rye trained in horticulture at Writtle College, then Cambridge Botanic Gardens & Botany school. After working for 4 years in New Zealand, he returned to the UK and opened a shop selling flowers, fruit and veg. He specialises in David Austin roses and delphiniums and opened his garden for the NGS for 11 years. In June 2011 Alan Titchmarsh made a programme for the series “Love your Garden”, which featured Mr Rye’s roses.
