This website has pages that can be viewed by the public. It also contains an additional members' area that has additional pages and content that is private to members of the Mytchett Lake Fishing Association. For example an events calendar, a noticeboard, a discussion forum and Association documents. To access the additional private pages, you need to request to join the website. You will need a valid email address to create a login. Once you login, you can request to join the website and once access is granted, the additional members' pages will be visible whenever you are logged in.

Step 1 Create a login

Click on the person icon in the top right corner, which brings up a login screen. On this screen, click on "Register now for your login to Voice Online Communities" near the bottom and follow the instructions.

Enter your email address, name, and password. You need to enter the password twice. Click OK. Read the Terms and Conditions by clicking the link. Tick the box to accept and press OK. You must accept the Terms and Conditions to use the site.

An email will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Follow the instructions on the email to log in. If the email doesn't arrive, check for it in your 'junk' or 'spam' email folder. After clicking the link in the email you will be able to log in to the website. You can also click on Your Account to change your details if you wish.

Step 2 Request to join the website

Login and then click on the globe icon in the top right corner. Then click on the "Request membership of this site" in the drop down list. Your request will be forwarded to the site administrator and approved within a day or two. If you are a valid member of the Mytchett Lake Fishing Association, you will be granted access to the private members' area. If you are not a valid member of the association, you can still become a member of the site and you will receive notifications and news from the site, but you won't be granted access to the members' area.

Step 3 Login each time to see the members' area

Once you have a login and you have been granted access to the members' area, you will see the additional web pages when you login. You have to log in each time to see them. The website logs you out by default after 20 minutes of inactivity.
