I just got the chance to read Delegitimising the British left by Owen Jones today. Your first reaction is anger that the right have the resources to get away with this. E.g.,the anti-semitism charge against Labour is one of the most monstrously calculated and exaggerated absurdities I've seen. As always, it's better to get even than just get angry. There's plenty of factual stuff around showing up the murky and unpleasant world of the right and the establishment in this country. I don't think if there was a royal wedding every week for the next six months it would completely obscure Madge's millions of pounds invested in a Cayman Islands fund. Try touting for anyone who has the spare cash to invest in shady deals offshore on the council estate where I live.
