The next Parish Council meeting will be held at Crouchmans Barn, Ulting on Tuesday 21st May 2024 after the Ulting Annual Parish Meeting which will start at 7:30pm.

If you have a question for the Parish Council please email the clerk by 10am on 9th April 2024.
Public Participation
There will be 15 minutes available for public participation. This is the only time that the public will be allowed to speak during a meeting. Please note:
- Those wishing to speak should give their name to the clerk
- The Chairman will call upon those wishing to speak in turn and they will be invited to make a brief representation or to comment on an agenda item
- Questions will not normally receive an immediate answer but the Chairman will respond in due course
- All persons wishing to speak must address the Chairman
- Councillors will not enter into discussion with those asking questions at the meeting
- Attendees are free to leave the hall at any point but are asked to do so without causing disruption to the meeting
- Members of the press and public may be asked to leave the meeting if an item of a confidential nature needs to be discussed
