The London School of Philosophy are pleased to announce their first Summer School, organised in collaboration with Birkbeck Department of Philosophy and Conway Hall, to be held at Conway Hall 1-5 July (over 4 days, excluding Wednesday 3rd) . This will run from 10.45am to 5pm, with two evening events to be confirmed. The theme's for the days will be Monday: History of Philosophy, Tuesday: Epistemology and Science, Thursday: Philosophy and Humanism (with guest speaker Professor Richard Norman), Friday: Ethics and Metaphysics.
The lectures will be suitable for all levels of philosophical experience. Speakers include: From Birkbeck: Professor Susan James, Dr Sarah Patterson, Dr Robert Northcutt, Dr Corine Besson, Mr Cristian Constantinescu and Dr James Grant. From London School of Philosophy: Mr Mark Fielding, Dr Keith Barrett, Dr Anja Steinbauer, Mr Sam Fremantle and Ms Jane O'Grady.
Earlybird individual day tickets will go on sale for £50 as soon as the programme has been finalised, but for those who are interested in attending the whole week, we have a very limited number of earlybird week tickets on sale now at £180.
