Kieran Quill on Stoicism
Tuesday 07 May 2013
18:00 to 19:30
Kieran Quill leads a discussion on Stoicism, a new topic for Kingston Philosophy Cafe (and a replacement for the planned but cancelled talk by Jules Evans, Policy Director for the Centre for the History of the Emotions at Queen Mary College). Thank you very much to Keiran for helping us out by bringing next month's discussion forward at the last-minute.
This will be our first meeting at C-SCAIPE, Kingston University Penrhyn Road campus, a good venue for informal discussions, just along the corridor to the left of the main reception area on Penrhyn Road - but it's not a cafe and there will be no refreshments on sale, so if you want food or drink please bring your own, or if you want to be sociable bring something to share.
Doors open at 5.45pm for a 6.00 start.
