At 19:00 Richard Sullivan will give a talk on the subject of Control and Perspective, roles within our divided minds. Loosely based on The Master and His Emissary by Iain McGilchrist; the talk will cover how our neurological brain structure can impact our daily activities.
The talk will refer to this document by Dr Stéphane Treyvaud of The Mindfulness Centre.
