It is nearly five years since we completed our refurbishment and major extension and the rendered walls of the Pavilion began to look tired. Although we used a coloured render it does not stay pristine forever so the long term solution has to be applying a quality masonry paint that can be refreshed as time takes its toll. We have the paint and the equipment but as is our custom we rely on volunteers for the labour. Work is underway by HPFA members ably assisted by other volunteers who responded to a call from our new District Councillor, Merilyn Davies.
However, many hands make light work so if any others can help please use our contact page to volunteer. It is your village hall and our only income is from villagers either through hire fees or when we have fund-raising events. Voluntary effort helps keep charges down and the Pavilion in good condition.
