Forward Carers are running a series of events during Dementia Action Week on Zoom and Facebook Live. 

The events are primarily for carers, and the week starts with the Alzheimer’s Society explaining what dementia is.

On Tuesday, Hall Green Health are talking about getting a diagnosis and talking to your GP and in the afternoon the Aston Villa Foundation are talking about their dementia café.

The Admiral Nurses are joining in on Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday, Dementia Friendly Stirchley, will be talking about their journey.

On May 22nd Leaf Creative Arts and Dementia Friendly Stirchley will be holding Dementia Action Day. The event, behind Stirchley Baths, will be a free socially distanced and outdoors starting at 12 and finishing at 3pm.
