Location: Studio-Based (Druids Heath Library Studio)
Commitment: 2–4 hours per week (Daytime slots available Monday to Friday)

Are you a warm, friendly voice who loves keeping people company during the working day? We are seeking Volunteer Daytime Radio Presenters to bring energy, music, and uplifting chat to South Birmingham. At Hope Radio Brum, presentation is the ultimate team sport. You won't just be sitting behind a microphone on your own; you will be the direct on-air partner to our Daytime Show Producers and Daytime Show Researchers. Together as a tight-knit live unit, you will deliver a seamless, bright broadcast that keeps our community connected, happy, and full of hope while they work, shop, or relax.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host live or pre-recorded daytime radio blocks, delivering music, shout-outs, and local chat with a positive, inclusive tone.
- Collaborate closely in real-time with your Daytime Show Producer to hit time cues, transition smoothly between music tracks, and manage studio guests.
- Present local interest stories and community updates prepared for you by the Daytime Show Researchers.
- Read live shout-outs and take requests gathered from our Hope Radio Facebook Community by the digital team.
- Support a positive studio environment, working hand-in-hand with the Daytime Duty Station Manager.

- Passionate about Birmingham life, local news, and championing the people of Druids Heath and surrounding areas.
- No professional radio experience required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn alongside your team!
