GlamSci offers educational institutes and businesses a series of bespoke, tailor-designed events as specified by the institutes themselves, or we offer one off events:

Motivational Talks	GlamSci and our volunteers offer series of motivational talks about STEM Education, such as: How to Become a Scientist, What does a STEM Professional do? Women in the Workplace, Going to University on a Shoestring, and so on. GlamSci also offer a series of motivational talks applicable to local support groups and businesses, highlighting STEM business skills and the importance of resilience, how to overcoming adversity, build confidence and more. Talks can be tailor written to suit the institute, and be requested for any educational institution, business or event.
Activity and Demonstration Days	One of our most popular events, activity and demonstrations days gets members 'hand-on' with STEM activities. From freezing bananas with liquid nitrogen, to practicing programming simple codes, members can experience what STEM professionals do in their day-to-day lives. The content of these Activity and Demonstration days can be tailored to suit the current curriculum for all age-ranges, as well as being an interesting event for team-building days.
INSET Training and CPD Events	One of our newest editions to our programme is our INSET and CPD Training events. In these events, teaching staff train under current scientists to learn about how curriculum changes affect real-life STEM professionals, and how to teach tricky STEM areas by professionals in their fields. These events take focus away of learning 'How to Teach' and helping STEM teachers fall back in love with their subject by finding imaginative ways of getting the subject material across using techniques used in the STEM workplace. INSET and CPD Events, are tailor designed to suit any INSET theme, and can be an interesting addition to an NQT's CPD profile.
Bespoke UCAS Services	From 2016 onwards, GlamSci has started bespoke UCAS services for schools and individuals, offering lunch-time group UCAS sessions, UCAS information lectures, and one-on-one bespoke person statement feedback via email and/or Skype.
Study Clubs	We also offer after-school and lunch-time study clubs, that help young people with any problems with their STEM studies, and offers STEM lectures, with STEM professional who pride themselves on ‘teaching, without teaching’.
Fun Days, Festivals and Community Events	GlamSci also offers event’s in the local community, priding itself of taking STEM out of the classroom and into places where STEM isn’t often found, such as libraries, community centres, parks, playgrounds and festivals. We hope with further funding we can fund a mobile lab on wheels to take to young people so that they can experience hands-on STEM in their every-day life.
International Events	GlamSci also now offers international events for overseas students. Take us into your classroom, via Skype and other real-time video calling platforms, and allow us to teach and preform experiments step-by-step with your students, directly from the UK. We write our own bespoke lesson plans to fit your educational needs and curriculum. GlamSci also offers international CPD and training events over the internet, with the help of translators, we will support to educators to get the most of their students. GlamSci can also be booked for oversea travel for sessions and events s required.

GlamSci CSI	Your headmaster has been murdered and it's up the students, along with the help of the members of GlamSci to figure out whodunit! Work with GlamSci to analyse blood samples, find trace evidence, examine fingerprints and much more, using techniques based on real analysis performed by SOCOs (Scene of Crime Officers). Turn your superstars into super sleuths to track down the ‘killer’ and bring them to justice. Perfect for any little or large Sherlock Holmes out there, bookable for schools and events. Great for Halloween events.
Christmas Lectures	Have you ever wondered how snowflakes form, and what goes behind cooking the perfect Christmas Turkey? Find this out and more with our Christmas Lectures, encompassing live demonstrations and exciting explanations about your best loved Christmas traditions, GlamSci Christmas Lectures will add that little tinsel to your turkey.
