Under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004 [“Fees Regulations”] for the purposes of estimating the cost of compliance with a request for information the Trust may take into account the amount of time it takes to determine whether it holds the information, locate the information or a document which may contain the information, retrieve the information or a document which may contain the information and extract the information from a document containing it.

Based on a rate of £25 per hour, in accordance with the Fees Regulations, we estimate that it will cost in excess of £450 to locate, retrieve and extract the information you have requested. This sum exceeds the appropriate limit of £450 as defined in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.   1. What tests are used to assess memory loss/loss of cognitive function?

Devon Partnership NHS Trust use the Mini ACE A, B, and C. These assessments are conducted at baseline and then after every 4 treatments until treatment is completed. They are conducted at the 4, 8 and 12 week follow up. We also conduct the CPRS every treatment.

  1. Have MRI or CT scans been used before and after ECT?

MRI and CT scans are only requested as would be clinically indicated they are required.
