"Those donkeys again, much loved, in the back field at East Hanningfield Rectory, by the field pond, (that was believed to be the brick pit used to build the Rectory arched cellars, and possibly some of the bricks used to line the deep well in the back yard).  Grandad (Aubrey) clearly worked Hanningfield as a "hobby farm", with dairy farming, beekeeping and country wine making going on."  P.
