Chopped Indian Salad – (serve with Recheado Prawn stuffed Mackerel)
Ingredients
3 cups shredded cabbage,
1 carrot cut in julienne strips,
1 green pepper sliced finely,
1 tomato seeds removed, sliced finely,
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup coriander leaves - chopped,
salt to taste,
Salad Dressing:
1 chopped green chilli,
¼ tsp black pepper powder,
4 tbsp vinegar,
1 tbsp sugar,
Cooking Steps
- Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the salad dressing to the chopped salad ingredients and mix everything together.
Serve with the stuffed fish.
