Chopped Indian Salad – (serve with Recheado Prawn stuffed Mackerel)

Ingredients

3 cups shredded cabbage,
1 carrot cut in julienne strips,
1 green pepper sliced finely,
1 tomato seeds removed, sliced finely,
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup coriander leaves - chopped,
salt to taste,

Salad Dressing:
1 chopped green chilli,
¼ tsp black pepper powder,
4 tbsp vinegar,
1 tbsp sugar,

 

Cooking Steps

  1. Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the salad dressing to the chopped salad ingredients and mix everything together.

 

Serve with the stuffed fish.
