Ageing well is a vital area to think about, as early as possible. We offer a range of workshops and practical /active sessions that can be delivered on your site:

  • We host woodlands wellbeing sessions and nature overnighters to bring moments of calm and delight into busy lives.
  • Adult isolation is a major physical and mental health risk over the age of 50 and is common after life changes and losses. Our singing and other activities bring people together to make new local connections. These can be deepened and taken beyond the group space.
  • We are working on a trampolining for mental and physical balance project. Let us know if you may be interested in supporting, or attending.
