Black Poplar walk

Start from Thomas Harding school car park (car sharing organised). The walk begins from Wilstone Village Hall and follows a circular route to Long Marston and back, which includes many specimens of the black poplar (Populus nigra), led by Jean de Selincourt. Bring a picnic lunch. We may have the chance to have a guided tour of Millhoppers reserve, or to walk further along the Grand Union Canal.
