Once you have completed and received confirmation of being a member of the group, a week before the scheduled cut-off date you will receive an email requesting if you wish to place an order, and the date when requests must be submitted by.
To place an order you must login, top right. Then complete the order form on the left.
The system will confirm your order has been received, and you will receive an email of acknowledgement.
Once the cut-off date has passed the leader will negotiate the best price and place the order.
All members will then receive an email of who the supplier is, the price agreed and an estimate of when delivery can be expected.
