What is Kitchen Disco Live?

Kitchen Disco Live is a relaxed, joyful Friday night Zoom disco created with adults with learning disabilities at its heart and welcoming to all who value inclusive community.

It’s a space to:

• Dance freely
• Sing along to popular songs
• Connect with others
• Build confidence
• Feel included

Supporters, friends and allies and disco fans who value inclusive, respectful community spaces are warmly welcome.

No complicated choreography.
No performance pressure.
Just music, movement and belonging.

When?

 Monthly – Friday evenings. Starting March 20th 2026
 8:00–9:00pm

• Clear, friendly hosting
• Camera-on community atmosphere
• Encouragement without pressure
• One hour of pure feel-good energy

You can dance in your kitchen, living room, bedroom — wherever feels comfortable.

Who is Kitchen Disco Live for?

Kitchen Disco Live is created with adults (16+) with learning disabilities at its heart.

It is especially suited to:

• Adults (16+) with learning disabilities
• Support workers attending in a supporting role
• Families supporting adults at home

Supporters, friends and allies and disco lovers who value inclusive, respectful community spaces are warmly welcome.

Everyone belongs.

Safeguarding & Safety

To keep everyone safe:

• Cameras must be switched on
• Participants must join from a safe home environment
• A responsible adult/supporter should be nearby if needed
• Bookings are capped to maintain a manageable group

We take safety seriously so that everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. In the rare event of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to remove participants from the session to protect the group.

Cost

£2 per person (no charge for essential companions in a supporting role)
Payable online at time of booking.

Once booked:

You will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe.

Zoom details will be emailed by 4:30pm on the day of the event.

Bookings close at 4:00pm.
