PLEASE NOTE THAT VILLAGE HALL FEES WILL INCREASE FROM THE 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024
We are having to increase hire fees for in some scenarios for the first time in 18 years. The reasons are very much cost of living related with utilities cost greatly increased, insurance increased by 60% and maintenance also being hugely affected by increased labour and parts costs.

Please note in addition to the hire charge there is a booking/security deposit.
BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT: Once a booking has been agreed, for all private hire, a deposit of £50.00 must be paid within 7 days from invoice date to secure the booking. This can be paid by BACS (electronic banking). This will be refunded after the event subject to the Conditions of Hire being met. A BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID
For TEENAGE and YOUNG PEOPLE hire inclusive of age 25 years, in addition to the BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT of £50.00, an additional £200.00 will be required. Deposits will be returned after the hire date subject to the Conditions of Hire being met.
For a HIRE BOOKED 6 MONTHS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF THE REQUIRED DATE, in addition to the BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT of £50.00, the relevant Management Committee reserves the right to request a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% at time of booking with the remaining 50% payable 4 weeks prior to date of hire.
