The Annual Parish Meeting is held in March. Meet your Councillors display, speakers and refreshments.

Interim Planning or Special Issue Meetings are held as necessary.

All meetings are announced on the Abbess Roding Notice Board and this website at least three days before any meeting as required.

There will be a maximum of 15 minutes Public Question Time allowed at each meeting, where members of the public will be able to raise matters of Parish business/local concern.
