Meetings are generally held on a Wednesday in The Room at the Rodings in May, July, October, January and March at 7:30pm.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in March where residents are invited to attend to meet your Councillors, hear from speaks and enjoy refreshments.
Interim planning or special issue meetings are held as necessary.
All meetings are announced on the Abbess Roding noticeboard and this website at least three days before any meeting as required.
There will be a maximum of 15 minutes Public Question Time allowed at each meetings where members of the public will be able to raise matters of Parish business/local concern.
It is requested that questions be submitted in writing to the Parish Clerk at least 10 days before the meeting to allow time for all Councillors to be notified with the agendas.
