Stephen Hickey joined the WCA Board as a Trustee in April 2020, and was appointed Chair of Healthwatch Wandsworth from the same date.  He had previously served as Lay Member and Vice Chair of NHS Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group, and its predecessor the Primary Care Trust.  He is a former Chair of St George’s Hospital Charity.

Stephen retired as a senior civil servant, after a career in the fields of health, social security, management training and transport.  His later roles included  serving as Chair of the Community Transport Association (UK) and as a Trustee or consultant with other charities.
