Outreach and Engagement Lead
Delia joined WCA in 2012 as Volunteer Co-ordinator and within her role and through project managing Social Sundayz, The Drug & Alcohol Service User Involvement project and Skill Swap, she has gained a greater understanding of various service user groups' needs in the Wandsworth area, which provided her with an excellent platform upon which to build.
Delia joined the Healthwatch team in 2015 as Outreach and Engagement Lead, working 4 days per week, which provides her with the opportunity to continue to utilise her skills and to contribute to making positive changes at both grass root and commissioning level. Delia also continues to provide HR related support and more recently project managed the Capacity Building project, providing development support to three local voluntary groups working with migrants with funding from Beatrice Laing Trust over a three year period.
