We are The Transcendence Initiative, a CIC that are dedicated to supporting individuals who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction or free themselves from crime or gang life. Our goal is to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to overcome their addiction and regain control of their lives.
The Transcendence Initiative aims to achieve this through a holistic approach that involves linking our beneficiaries with trained health coaches, providing ongoing support, and giving them training for the sector they want to work in. We understand that breaking free from addiction can be a long and challenging process, which is why we believe in providing ongoing support that goes beyond just the initial rehabilitation phase.
Our health coaches work closely with our beneficiaries to develop personalized recovery and rehabilitation plans that are tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. They provide guidance, motivation, and accountability throughout the recovery and rehabilitation process, which helps our beneficiaries stay on track and achieve their goals.
In addition to our health coaching services, we also provide vocational training and job placement assistance. We understand that employment can play a crucial role in the recovery and rehabilitation process, as it can provide individuals with a sense of purpose and a reason to stay on the right track. Our beneficiaries receive training in the sector they want to work in, which helps them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their chosen field. We then work with our network of employer partners to place our beneficiaries in jobs that are both fulfilling and sustainable.
We want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who are struggling with addiction and crime. we hope we can start to provide the services and resources necessary to help individuals break free from addiction and regain control of their lives.
