The Uplift Community Project

The Uplift Community Project delivers culturally sensitive health education and support for women, girls and families across the UK. We run workshops, coaching and mentoring on menstruation, puberty, perimenopause and menopause, breaking stigma, building confidence and changing lives. Our intergenerational approach brings mothers and daughters together, empowering ethnic and marginalised communities to manage their health with dignity and pride.
