The Underpass Project

‘The Underpass Project is establishing as a CIC to transform the Elizabeth Way underpass in Cambridge and bridge into an arts-led public hub. It proposes reusing spaces in and around the structure for cultural programming, workspaces and community facilities, while improving active travel routes and public realm.
